With the support of the British Council, we are implementing a special English programme in the school that prepares the children for the Young Learners English exam (YLE), which is a great extension of integrated learning at this level of education.

Cambridge English Young Learners tests have been designed to evaluate the knowledge of English of children aged between 7 and 12. YLE tests are available in three difficulty variants (Starters, Movers and Flyers), which monitors the children’s progress and encourages further work with regard to language learning.

Our pupils may take the exam at successive levels in grade II, IV and VI. The form of the exam is adjusted to the age of the pupils, and encouraging evaluation method (the first shield is obtained automatically for taking the exam) gives the children an opportunity to learn evaluation standards they will meet with at further levels of education in a simple and painless way.
