Celebrating Vidhan’s Birthday
Vidhan recently celebrated his birthday. He spent a special day in the company of his friends and had a good time. Once again, we wish him all the best!

During the last Go Green class, students performed further experiments to satisfy their curiosity. This time they were interested in creating elephant paste and playing with styrofoam.
Elephant toothpaste is a foamy substance that results from the rapid decomposition of hydrogen peroxide using potassium iodide or yeast and warm water as a catalyst. The speed of the reaction depends on the concentration of hydrogen peroxide. The effects of the experiment are cosmic – the resulting foam pours out of the container and creates fanciful patterns.
The topic of the second activity in the class was styrofoam. The students tried to answer the questions of what styrofoam is and what will happen when we put it in acetone or water? Then they used this material in a very creative way – they made sailboats from it.
We would like to invite you to Science Day which will take place on June 21st. Students will have the occasion to participate in special lectures and workshops led by guests from Jagiellonian University and Klub Pod Kasztanami in Nowa Huta in Cracow. There will be many topics, from experiments and magnets to astronomy and nuclear physics.
On the occasion of Mother’s Day, we wish all Mothers health, smiles and cheerfulness!
The students also send best wishes!
During the last Go Green classes, students explored the topic of growing salt crystals and rotocopters. First, they conducted an experiment in which they saw how salt crystals are formed from a liquid solution. They start growing within a few hours and are getting bigger day by day. Throughout the week, the students watched the water evaporation. As a result, they learned what a saturated solution is and how temperature affects solubility. Their second task was to make a simple paper toy, a robocopter that spins through the air like a miniature helicopter. As is often the case, this time learning became an opportunity to have fun and discover something new.
The creativity of our students knows no bounds, especially when they get down to art. This time, they tried their hand at different techniques and themes during the arts. Collage, symmetrical compositions, folk motifs – nothing is impossible for our students.
See for yourself!

3rd Grade was recently introduced to the topic “Feel the Force” in an IPC class.
The students learned a lot about gravity, friction, buoyancy, and air resistance, all while having fun. See what their classes looked like!
The theme of our April challenge was International Earth Day. The children’s task was to make a robot or a character out of any recyclable items (such as cans, cardboard boxes, paper, plastic etc.). I have to admit that the children’s creativity is absolutely limitless! The students have managed to make gorgeous robots and buildings out of recycled materials; some of the works even had a practical use in the form of a ‘candy machine’. Congratulations on their absolutely wonderful ideas!
